The Mango Tree Pool Villa, Hua Hin — a 90 sqm, single-level pool villa hosted by Wanderco Limited (Mihael and the team), who also host our beachfront sister property, Wander at Bayside 19. Recently set up to sleep 6 with an added sofa bed. WHERE YOU SLEEP — King bedroom, queen bedroom, both air-conditioned, plus a sofa bed with a mattress topper in the open-plan living room, right next to the queen bedroom — 6 in total. The living room has its own room-darkening shades, and suits kids traveling with the family, or two guests happy with an open-plan setup for a short stay, more than a group wanting full separation from the rest of the house. Two bathrooms. WHERE YOU WASH — Two full bathrooms, hot water throughout, hair dryer and toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner). A washer is on site; clothes air-dry quickly on the drying rack, indoors or out, in the Hua Hin heat. WHERE YOU WORK — Wi-Fi throughout the villa. A small side sofa in the kitchen, next to the dining table at the back of the house, doubles as a quiet reading nook — handy for getting away from the TV in the main living room. WHERE YOU EAT — Full kitchen for self-catering (stovetop, fridge, coffee maker — no oven), with two dining tables that seat close to 10 between them. A covered patio outside doubles as an alfresco dining spot and a BBQ area — charcoal is provided (ask us for more if you need it). WHERE YOU RELAX — The living room doubles as the sofa-bed space by night. A private plunge pool sits off the patio — for cooling off, not for laps, and it's a pool, not a jacuzzi (no jets). A painting studio with canvases, paints, board games, and kids' toys rounds out the space. WHO IT'S FOR — Groups of up to 6 — two families sharing, or friends splitting a house — who want a private pool and their own space over hotel convenience. Kids and infants are welcome; high chairs are on hand, and a crib is available on request for an extra fee. [Pool] This is a plunge-style pool — for cooling off, not for swimming laps — and it's a pool, not a jacuzzi: there are no jets. [Sofa bed] The living room sofa bed now has a mattress topper for extra comfort — sleeps 2. [Bonus access] On days when our beachfront sister villa, Wander at Bayside 19, isn't fully booked for a private stay or an event (e.g. a wedding), guests here can also use its two pools and outdoor showers, and reach the beach directly through the property when the tide allows. This is a bonus when available, not guaranteed — we confirm at check-in. If it's not available on your dates, or the public beach access nearby is tricky to find, just message us and we'll point you the right way. [Mosquitoes] This is tropical Thailand — mosquitoes are present outdoors, especially in the evening. Please keep the villa closed up after dark to help keep them out; we provide mosquito spray and coils.

A residential inner-soi off Phetkasem Road — a mix of local life and holiday homes. Markets, street food, and small convenience shops are close by; central Hua Hin attractions (the beach, the historic Railway Station, night markets, cafes) are a walk or short tuk-tuk/Grab ride away, not steps from the door. Bigger malls (BluPort, Market Village) and supermarkets are a short drive.
Guest Access
Full access to the villa, private pool, patio, and BBQ area, plus free covered parking (up to two small cars, or one large car, under the roof next to the villa's mango tree). Self-check-in via a smart lockbox — the code is sent before arrival.

Motorbike taxi, tuk-tuk, and metered taxis are all easy to flag locally; Grab works well for families or anyone with luggage. Hua Hin Railway Station connects to Bangkok and the south. Long-distance buses and minivans run to Bangkok's airports; Hua Hin's small regional airport covers occasional domestic flights.
